Mighty Child Building a Creative Earth

Creativity is our birth right

In the embrace of the childhood,

We can grow mighty and strong

Self esteem is a courageous act of standing up for the Dream

As we grow taller and wiser creativity becomes serious

And loses its adventure and wonder

Through the eyes of a child, we see clearly the class of life

We understand our connection to the Earth is a soulful thought

When we unravel towards the light, we pay attention to the miracles

And bow to the simple and subtle excitement that warms our hearth

We are voyagers of the expansive solemnity

Opening our arms wide to take in the imagination of starlight

We regain the childhood, memories of our kindred spontaneity

When we grow taller and wiser towards creative potential

We are craftsman, craftswoman, children of the evergreen forest

Learning humility and grace the animals we keep safe in our nest

Brave in our seeking of love, we know not to give up on the smile and laugh of the Dream

We are philosophy of the Dream, discovering how to articulate the grandness of our faith

In the shrinkage, smallness and sadness of our discouraged hands

We shake and stutter, dyslexic with fright

Wandering our thoughts through shame and doubt

We reach our arms high to the tallest tree

To remind ourselves where we come from and the fulfillment to our Dreams

We are the green thumb to our wiggling toes

We are tears to our heart’s fire

We are chanters to our quiet mind

We are melodic to our dancing hips

We are free in our mightiest choice

To accept the Dream of our creative subtlety, to embody what gives light

The darkness of night can blanket our sky with stormy grey

Confusing the starlight for the missing

But, in the rain, clouds ascend towards the stars electrifying the roar of thunder

And sharpness of lightning as shooting stars

Awaken inside our drumming soul

Giving us the chance to live close to what has completion, wholeness

The pain of our discouragement, sadness of our defeat and trauma to this Earth

Is our class we take to master unconditional love

In the warming of our hearth, we tell stories of the Earth

And how we learned creativity as the choice that heals all choices

Giving way to the Dream, to be overflowing with the waters of our spiritual communion

Creative Child Courage is a pathway for the child to learn communion with the Earth and their mighty hearth, the heart that gives them opportunities to heal the Earth and receive rebirth as a courageous act of riding the changing surf.
