Creative Child Courage is a fun and beautiful
space for children to explore their creativity. Creative Child Courage is a
safe place for art making and self acceptance. Through these activities a child
will gain confidence, self esteem and self love. We will create our own mandala
as we develop virtues for a strong and beautiful life. The purpose of mandala
creating is to develop sacredness and connection to inner spirituality. Classes
are 30 minutes designed for all ages. Classes included a short guided meditation,
short exercise and mandala activity for self expression. Overall, children will
learn how to connect with their mind, body and spirit as well as embrace their
natural talents and gifts.
